个人竞争力

以前听人提到，打造个人的“终身就业能力”，给我留下了很深的印象。

关于个人竞争力的问题，有人从智商、情商等角度分析，有人从技术、资本应用的能力角度看，有人从个人软实力的角度出发研究，其实这些都是非常好的研究视角，但今天我想说的是，我认为个人竞争力的核心还是一种“将知识转化为产品”的能力。

我们每个人，在个人的专业领域，都掌握了很多专业知识，但是多数都是按部就班按照别人设定好的程式操作而已，很少想到将自己拥有的知识转化为可提供服务他人的产品，而能做到哪怕是一小部分的人，都已经是了不起的人了。

windows有个自动关机的命令 shutdown ，一个非常简单的命令，输入相关参数就可以实现定时关机。然而，就是这么简单的命令，很多人却都不会用。一次偶然看到一款自动关机软件，其实就是简单调用shutdown命令的工具，软件美其名曰“xx智能关机王”，居然要注册码收费，我想，这个不用十分钟就能做出来的软件，这么一个破玩意还能收到钱？

后来很偶然的机会，认识了这个软件的作者，令我惊讶的是，他告诉我，就是我说的这个破玩意，两年多来给他带了八万多元的收入！

对很多做程序设计的人来说，做这么一个软件实在是个小事一桩，却很少有人想到将自己这点小小知识转化为一个可用的产品。

人与人之间差别或许就在这里。

这周去国展招聘会招人，看了太多的自命不凡的人，突然想到这么一个问题。
