每次出一款新软件，总是有大批的人拒绝使用，多数人都以习惯作为借口,不愿改变。
一些好的技术推广，总是招来很多人的强烈反对，强制实施之后，看到了新技术带来种种好处，大家才慢慢接受。
我们很多人，还在用智能ABC和微软拼音，在用UE写代码，用PB，用ASP，用VB，用TB，自己一遍遍copy而不愿使用框架… ，不知高效多少倍的工具已经面世多年，依然不愿意去改变，甚至尝试。看到他们费力样子，缓慢的工作效率，有时候看不下去，开玩笑说还是换换试试吧，得到的答案总是“习惯了”或者类似的回答，过一段时间，依然如故。
过一段时间，会猛然发现，很多新的工具不会用，很多的解决方案不知道，以前的优势不再，与别人已经落下一大段距离，自叹落伍了。
我们就是这样一点点老去，是这样慢慢变得平庸的。
人似乎总是这样，面对新技术的变革，面对新管理方式的实施，带着抗拒心理，是害怕改变，还是对新环境、新形势的恐惧?
为什么，我们常常拒绝改变自己，不愿接纳新的知识，不愿改变自己以适应新的环境，习惯于一成不变的现在，心态与其说成熟不如说开始慢慢变老，开始慢慢变得平庸，直到有一天被环境强制改变。
作为管理者、作为新产业的从业人，一定要乐于改变自己，不断学习新的知识，拒绝平庸。
